Cancelling/Transferring
Confirmed event participant can cancel his/her participation at the event. We will refund from 30 to 50% of the registration fee, depending on the amount of preparation works that have been already done. Participation title is not transferable to other person. Transferring to next year can also be made by subtracting 30-50% of the paid fee. Transfer or cancelation information should be sent no later than 1st of August.
We will refund 50% of the fee in case the event will be cancelled due to force majeure.
In case of cancelation of the event, participant has to contact us by email/contact form before 1st of September and ask for a refund.
